Radiologist (Remote)

Job Description

With RealTime Medical, you can work from home, read as many of the cases assigned to you as you can and get paid for every exam you read.  No need to split revenues amongst a group.

Position:  Radiologist – working remotely

The Role:

  • Royal College certified and competitive compensation based on applicable fee schedules and industry standards.
  • Flexible schedule with a mix of hospital and clinic-type work but fully remote.
  • Available opportunities:
    • Daytime, weekday coverage
    • Daytime, weekend coverage
    • Flexible evening coverage

The Candidate:

  • Registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and meet desired turnaround time targets
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills are a must-have
  • A team player with a passion for helping physicians and their patients and a commitment to making a difference in Canadian healthcare

Responsibilities:

  • Responsive reporting of all types of modalities and studies sent during scheduled shifts
  • Communicating with referring clinicians and technologists
  • Consistent, dependable coverage of agreed upon scheduled shifts
  • Active participation in and use of company peer learning and skills development system
  • Additional duties as agreed-upon
